Kris Van Assche’s ongoing collaboration with Serax explores objects for the home through a vocabulary of strong forms, contrasting materials and a sense of intimacy. Moving between function and sculpture, the collections extend his approach to design beyond fashion, with particular attention to proportion, material and the presence of an object within a space.

JOSÉPHINE — A collection of sculptural vases and bonbonnières, conceived as design objects in their own right. Bold volumes and unexpected proportions transform familiar domestic objects into pieces with a strong, almost architectural presence.

ROSAMAR — A collection of ceramic pots that continues Van Assche’s exploration of flowers, vessels and the objects that surround them. Simple, generous forms place the emphasis on the relationship between the container, the flower and the space they inhabit.

SCENTED CANDLES — Joséphine, Rosamar and Amore: three fragrances housed in distinctive vessels. Each candle brings together scent, object and atmosphere, conceived not simply as a fragrance for the home but as an object that remains part of it.
