Jacob would score high on the Openness to New Experiences domain because he is creative, open to new experiences, and imaginative.  Sean would score high on the dimension of Conscientiousness.  Because he is neat, organized, and ambitious.  The other dimensions are Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
