The religion that believes in Mecca is Islam. Islam is a monotheistic religion that is based on the Quran and the Sunnah. They believe in One God, Allah (swt) and the prophet, Mohamed (saw). 
Islam is a religion in which people go to mecca to make pilgrimage. Mecca is the holy place for Muslims whose religion is Islam. People whose religion is Islam believe in 1 God (Allah S.W.T) and the believe that Prophet Muhammad SAW is his (Allah Tala's) last and final prophet.

So, Islam is the religion that believe in Mecca.
