pi*25^2*43.301/3 = 28340.44 m^3

1 m^3 = 1000 L

28340.44 m^3 * 1000L = 28,340,440 L

400 L/s

28,340,440L / 400L  =  70,851.1 seconds.

70,851.1 / 60 = 1,180.9 minutes.
