Answer:
OMG!! that game was my childhood, and yes Ik how to fix it! (hopefully)
So what you have to do is:
- close the app, and close out the tab on your tablet, or phone. (press the square on the bottom next to the circle and swipe up on the games tab)
- re-open the app
- if that doesn't work, then u should probably reboot your device
- IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, u should make a new family if ur not too far into the game. (i don't know if that's still a thing cuz that was 2 yrs ago)
- and omg if that doesn't work, die in-game and it will reset your thing hopefully.
