The last designer I worked with got everything wrong, so I hope that you are better.

I’d say assertive. They’re just letting you know in on the past work members and what they’re wrong doing was. If you listen in you may be able to learn from the mistakes they’ve made and so on
I would say assertive cause of the way they do things or the way they act
