One day, me and my friend, Gina, planned to go on trekking to Glaciers National Park in morning. We thought it would be fun, as me and Gina were planning to go for trekking for a long time. The trekking area is, obviously, full of wild animals, so we took advice from some experts on how can we go on trekking to Glaciers National Park and what preventive measures should we take. We were told to be aware of bears, beavers, and big horn sheeps. We were also adviced to stop at a visitor center to check the weather cast of the further destination.
So, on 27th June, 2020, me and Gina started our trekking and were merrily trodding our paths of trekking, when we encoutered a bear cub ahead of us. Me and Gina knew for sure that if bear cub is there then mama bear would be somewhere near. For a moment we stood still in shock, unable to think of what to do. Then suddenlt it striked to Gina to go back to the last Visitor centre which was not very far away from our current location, to ask for help. So we went there and Visitor centre helpped us to reach down safely as it was not wise to go ahead due to possible dangers and attacks from wild animals.
But still the trip was fun but turned out to be misadventure with the encounter of bear.
