We have been given 4 points [tex](3,2), (-3,2), (-3,-3), (3,-3)[/tex]. We are asked yo plot these points on coordinate plane and find the area of the figure.

Upon plotting our given points, we will get a rectangle as shown in the attached file.

We can see that the width is 5 units that is difference between y-coordinates of point [tex](3,2)\text{ and }(3,-3)[/tex].

[tex]\text{Width}=2-(-3)=2+3=5[/tex]

We can see that the length of rectangle is 6 units that is difference between x-coordinates of point [tex](-3,2)\text{ and }(3,2)[/tex].

[tex]\text{Length}=3-(-3)=3+3=6[/tex]

We know that area of rectangle is length times width.

[tex]A=\text{Length}\times \text{Width}[/tex]

[tex]A=6\times 5[/tex]

[tex]A=30[/tex]

Therefore, the area of the figure would be 30 square units.
