I'm going to have disagree about that statement

It's an unfair generalization because there are a lot of workers out there that work hard and always honest and always put the company's needs above their personal matter

In today's workplace, just about everyone lies to take care of themselves. I have to disagree with this statement. It is true that there are people who do this but to say everyone is a lie. Not everyone has this kind of mentality, there are those people who truly care for others and like to help.
