You Know, F= MA (Force= Mass x Acceleration)
then M= ?

a=(v-u)/t
a=(12m/s-0)/3s
a=4m/s²
Now:
F=ma
3000N=m*4m/s²
3000N/4m/s²=m
m=750kg
