The level of organization that is described is an ecosystem.
Explanation:
An ecosystem represents a community of all living organisms that interact between each other, also in conjunction with the nonliving components in the environment, and together acting as a system. As said, the living organisms and the nonliving components are in constant interaction, they influence each other, and depend on each other in order to survive. In this case we have the nutrients that are found in the soil, and the plants that use them in order to grow, so the connection is immediately noticeable.
This is not as simple and one sided as it may seem. The nutrients in the soil are predominantly from organic matter, thus decaying living organisms. The more organisms decay, the more nutrients there will be in the soil. These nutrients are consumed by the living organisms, or rather the plants, which use them in order to produce their own food. The plants grow and prosper, and they provide food for other organisms, as they are producers. The organisms that are sustained by the plants, but also the plants themselves, live for only a particular time, and then they die. Once they die, they decay, returning the nutrients in the soil, thus making it a cycle.
There are many cycles in nature of similar type, such us:
- carbon cycle
- oxygen cycle
- nitrogen cycle

Answer:
Ecosystem
Explanation:
Because the phrase "plants absorb nutrients from soil, and nutrients help plants grow" tells you that its not about population or community, and the question asks "Which level of organization best describes this interaction between plants and soil" tells you that it is not about organisms but about the environment. So the correct answer is ecosystem
