1) Disagreements on date, when the event you are planning should take place. 2) A person in the planning committee may not be participating or fulfilling their duties. Ways to resolve conflict that may arise is by taking a poll amongst the group of when the event should take place. All answers can be submitted through an online poll or on a strip of paper( there should be all dates of varied opinions to choose from), but all answers from each individual should remain confidential. Once the poll is take the date the most chosen should be the agreed date of the event . A way to resolve someone slacking in their role of planning is as a group to inform the member calmly and respectfully that everyone feels that member isn't behaving responsibly and doing their agreed part. If problems continue that member Can possibly have their role switched to something they can adjust to or handle better. If that doesn't work than the member should be referred and no longer be an expectant member of the planning committee.
