When choosing foods and reviewing the food labels, a good thing to remember is:

A. 40 calories per serving means the food is low in calories, 100 calories per serving is moderate, and 400 or more is high.
B. Never eat anything if it has more than 100 calories/serving.
C. The food labels are not very helpful and are just too confusing.
D. None of the above are true.

Respuesta :

i would say D. because when looking at food you need to get food that your enjoy but also you need food that accepts your life style and wont ruin your body / so if your a active person then higher calories will most likely be good for you and if you dong move much it will be better to get low calorie because you dont burn that much

Correct answer is A because the calorie count is usually on food labels
