By doing exercises and having a diet meal twice a week.

Okay so there are many things to do.
For example:
-Be proactive, don't stay in bed all day and do nothing. Try limiting screen time aswell.
-Jog/Run/Etc, Go outside and run a bit.
-Eat heathly, avoid bread, and anything with a bunch of sugar in it.
