There was a tick on me but it wasn't IN my skin it was on top of it, and in my panic I ripped it off and killed it and I don't know if I got bit or not because I started itching it really hard cause I was grossed out it wasn't itching do I have any diseases. It wasn't that hard to take off. Will I get any diseases like Lyme disease PLEASE HELP!
